Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can review your menu and try Mutfaaq before being charged. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
Who handles the initial setup?
We do. Send us your menu as a PDF, photos, or any other format, and we take care of menu creation, product setup, and QR code generation. You simply review and approve everything before going live.
Do you provide QR code stands or printed materials?
You are free to print your QR codes wherever you prefer and use the format that best suits your venue. We can also provide designs for table stands, stickers, cards, and other printed materials.
Is pricing per venue?
Yes. Each subscription license covers one venue, whether it is a restaurant, café, bar, or similar establishment. You can manage multiple venues from the same account by adding one license for each location.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. The price shown per month is the annual price divided into a monthly equivalent. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
What does the Pro plan add?
Pro adds real-time table orders, a shared table cart, and priority support. Payment and split-the-bill features are marked as coming soon.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.
