Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the table QR code and order directly from their phone browser. No download, account, or login is required.
How does Mutfaaq know which table placed the order?
Each table has its own QR code or NFC tag. The table is identified automatically when the guest opens the menu, so they do not need to enter a number.
Can several guests order from the same table?
Yes. Guests at the same table can use a synchronized shared cart, allowing everyone to add items before the order is submitted.
Can guests choose modifiers and leave instructions?
Yes. You can configure required and optional choices such as sizes, sides, cooking preferences, extras, and special instructions.
Can I disable ordering for a product?
Yes. Products and modifiers can be hidden or marked unavailable immediately, preventing guests from ordering sold-out items.
Does table ordering include online payment?
Online payment and split-the-bill features are planned and currently marked as coming soon. Orders can already be submitted to the venue in real time.
