By accessing or using Mutfaaq (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Mutfaaq is a digital menu, ordering and payment platform for restaurants, cafés, bars and similar establishments. It enables hospitality businesses to create and manage digital menus, accept table orders and payments, and streamline daily operations. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for commercial use by hospitality businesses and their teams.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Provide valid payment information when a paid subscription begins

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Mutfaaq offers monthly and yearly subscriptions billed on a per-venue basis. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of pricing changes before they apply to your next billing cycle.

5.2 Billing and free trial

Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the billing period you select. A 14-day free trial may be offered without requiring a credit card. If payment details are later provided, any paid subscription and renewal terms will be clearly shown before you are charged.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Upload illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features and underlying technology, is owned by Mutfaaq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content and data you enter into the Service, including menus, product descriptions and images.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including menu information, allergen details and pricing displayed to your customers.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mutfaaq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mutfaaq and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service

We continuously work to improve Mutfaaq and may update features, pricing or these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. If we need to discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and allow you to export your data.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for another legitimate reason. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
